If you don’t love your product then just return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We just ask that it be returned in new condition. You will just need to pay the return postage.
* If an item is on sale or has some special pricing we can only exchange for you.

If you’re sent the wrong item, we send the correct item(s) and cover all shipping expenses.

If the garment doesn’t quite fit properly We’ll replace or refund for you. Just return it to us within 14 days.

We ship everything via Australia Post satchels at cost price.
Standard and Express Shipping options are availavle.

Free Shipping for orders over $150

You can choose the Express Post option when checking out. This ads a couple of dollars to the standard shipping. 

Standard shipping takes approx 2-3 days for most areas in Australia. Allow an extra day for remote areas.

If you choose express shipping and you’re in an express shipping zone (most capitals and major regional centres), then orders are received the next day.

Yes! We’re located just north of Brisbane.

All our stock is here in Aus, so expect super fast delivery.

Yes! We have a long term relationship with our supplier in Chiang Mai Thailand. After living there for 4 years we became part of the family. Everyone at our sister company in Thailand is paid “above” award wages and the employees are living a great life.

1. Wash Separately: Always wash your item separately or with similar colors, as it may bleed a little color during the first few washes.

2. Cold Water Only: Use cold water for washing. Warm or hot water can cause the color to bleed more.

3. Dry in the Shade: Always dry your piece in the shade. Direct sunlight can cause fading over time.

4. Ironing Not Required: Ironing is not necessary. Simply hang the item correctly while drying to maintain its shape and appearance.
